Sleep Eye Mask

Not just for sleeping. This versatile eye mask can be used for a quick cat nap or to enhance your meditation practice too.

They are made from 100% cotton fabric with a layer of cotton batting in between, creating the most comfortable mask to keep you resting. Elastic band is also wrapped in fabric for comfort, with just enough resistance to stay in place.

All fabric has been pre-washed to minimize shrinking after washing.

Care Instructions: hand wash or machine wash on cold in a delicates mesh bag and lay flat to dry.

Aromatherapy: Some customers tell me they add a few drops of aromatherapy oils to the mask for ultimate relaxation.
